Doctor Ahmad Ali Foroughi Abri, The chancellor of IAUK, was born in 1320 in Natanz. He graduated in educational planning at PhD level from the University of Arkansas. He has undertaken the responsibility of this great educational collection since the beginning of the branch foundation.
